As part of Al-Sabeel Center’s commitment to supporting and building the capacities of educators and supporting the psychological and spiritual well-being of educators, Sabeel provided an opportunity for 9 Christian Religious Education educators from different areas of Palestine to participate in the “Healing from Trauma and Spiritual Counseling” program organized by the Middle East Council of Churches – Department of Theological Affairs and Ecumenical Relations. The program lasted four days outside Palestine. Combining psychological support, spiritual accompaniment, leadership development, and practical self-care tools, the program equipped participants to better address trauma, strengthen resilience, and provide compassionate support to their students and communities.
